January 2021 COVID-19 Update
Happy New Year! I hope that you are all well and navigating your way through these challenging times.
Following the announcement made by the Prime Minister on Monday 4th January, and as we enter Lockdown 3.0; I would like to reassure you that Natwaste are fully prepared to continue delivering your waste management services, as we have done throughout the pandemic.
COVID Secure Working
As like other companies we have had to adapt and adjust some of our working practices, with the emphasis being on employee safety and business continuity, as we continue to work through the pandemic.
As well as the traditional methods of telephone and email support, we also offer support via online meetings and are happy to do this for all customers. Please get in touch if you would like to find out more information.
Throughout the pandemic Natwaste has maintained a 100% service provision, by utilising our comprehensive supply chain and following robust processes and procedures. Whilst we are trying to keep disruption to an absolute minimum, please be aware that we are limiting contact between drivers and site operatives, so won’t be requesting that tickets are signed during the current situation.
We will continue to work closely with our suppliers, to ensure that all relevant contingency plans are in place to avoid disruption for our customers.
Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers, suppliers and colleagues for their support throughout last year as we continue to work together through these challenging, and ever-changing times.
